1. Objective
The purpose of this document is to meet the legal requirements related to personal data processing operations in order to ensure the legality of internal procedures.
2. Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to the TresBomm Agri company and its business branches.
3. What Personal Data do We Collect?
For the regular development of our activity, we collect personal data from our customers, business partners, suppliers and employees, always respecting the principles of the General Law on Data Protection, such as data minimization, purpose and transparency. Within this concept, we collect and process the following personal data
a) Registration Data: are those data necessary to regulate the development of our activity and for the holders to exercise their rights, such as: name, e-mail, CPF, address and banking data;
b) Sensitive Data: in certain cases, to comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations, TresBomm Agri may collect data related to the holder's health, biometry, biomedical data, among others;
c) Navigation Data: We use cookies to improve the performance and your experience as a user on our site. Cookies are small text files that a website, when visited, places on the user's computer or mobile device, through the internet browser. As circumstances require, TresBomm Agri may also collect personal data for (i) execution of a contract; (ii) compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; (iii) regular exercise of a right; or any other hypothesis foreseen in article 7 of Law 13.709 of 2018.
4. Why do we use your data?
Personal data is collected by TresBomm Agri for the purpose of identifying our customers and potential customers, assist in the management, administration, service, expansion and improvements of our products and services. In addition to customer data, we may also use data from suppliers and employees in our processes. User data is also used to send operational information related to products and services offered by TresBomm Agri, always respecting the options of communication made by the user.
Personal data on navigation on TresBomm Agri's websites are also collected through cookies, automatically, during user navigation. The data collected in this way may involve information about the user's device, geolocation data, access records to the internet application (such as IP, date and time), time of use of the platform, duration of access, clicks and terms searched.
5. How do we protect your data?
Our responsibility is to take care of your personal data and use it only for the purposes described in this Policy. To ensure your privacy and the protection of your personal data, we have adopted security and governance practices appropriate to our market and information security systems. We have a governance and privacy program, rules of good practice, internal policies and procedures that establish the organizational conditions, operating regime, educational actions, supervision and risk mitigation mechanisms and other aspects related to the treatment of personal data, as well as we promote training and educational actions to our employees.
Our measures to preserve your data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction include physical and logical protection of assets, encrypted communications, access management, adherence to secure software development, and internal compliance policies that embed security into the life cycle of our services. All these controls are continuously reviewed to keep pace with and react to the context of threats on the Internet. Still, it is not possible to guarantee that our services are completely tamper-proof. But rest assured: we have teams in place to detect and respond promptly should any event or incident occur that compromises the security of your data or our services.
6. Fulfillment of the user's rights
Brazilian law guarantees you the following rights:
Confirmation and Access: allows you to verify whether TresBomm Agri performs any processing activity with your personal data and, if so, to request a copy of the same;
Correction: allows you to request the correction of your incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data;
Anonymization, blocking or erasure: allows you to ask us to: (a) anonymize your data, so that it can no longer be related to you and thus cease to be personal data; (b) block your data, temporarily suspending the possibility of processing it;and (c) erase your data, in which case we will erase all your data without the possibility of reversing it, except as provided by law;
Portability: you have the right to request, upon express request, that we provide you or a third party you choose with your personal data in a structured and interoperable format for transfer to another provider, provided that this does not violate our company's intellectual property or trade secrets. Similarly, you may request that other companies send TresBomm Agri;
Information on sharing: you have the right to know the public and private entities with which TresBomm Agri shares your data, if applicable;
Information about the possibility of not consenting: allows you to have clear and complete information about the possibility and consequences of not providing consent. Your consent, when required, must be free and informed. Therefore, whenever we ask for your consent, you will be free to deny it - even though in these situations we may have to limit our products, business, services and experiences;
Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent in relation to the processing activities that are based on this legal basis. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing previously carried out. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products, services and experiences, but we will let you know when this occurs.
