ESG Indicators

TresBomm Agri is aware of its responsibilities, notably in a market as important for the environment and society as agribusiness. To this end, the company is constantly working to internally improve the management of its environmental, social and governance (ESG) indicators, aligning them with the best international practices, especially those established in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the Organization of the United Nations (UN). Our goals and targets until 2030:

ENVIROMENT: ensure that all grain originated or processed by the company is grown on properties that promote the responsible use of chemical pesticides and present strategic plans for soil management and appropriate use of water resources;

SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE: qualify rural producers for food production, giving special focus to the cultivation of non-genetically modified grains;

HUMAN RIGHTS: certify that all grain originated or processed by the company is grown on properties that respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the International Labor Organization and Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, established by the United Nations (UN);

LOCAL COMMUNITY: strengthen the program of donations of resources to philanthropic and educational institutions;

CLIMATE CHANGE: promote the use of renewable energies in the field through the formatting and execution of related projects, mainly with regard to the production and use of hydroelectric, solar and wind energy;

EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING: to develop and execute a well-being program, listening closely to the wishes and expectations of each employee, creating metrics for semiannual monitoring;

HEALTH AND SAFETY: ensure that every employee works within a safe working environment through programs such as: Environmental Risk Prevention Program – PPRA; Occupational Health Medical Control Program – PCMSO; and Fire Fighting and Prevention Plan – PPCI;

ANTI-CORRUPTION: implement levels of control and compliance, denouncing any and all forms of corruption and bribery, encouraging good governance.
